Brett Eichenberger is an award-winning filmmaker with over twenty-five years of experience working in the film and video production. His work includes the feature films Light of Mine and Pretty Broken, A Flash of Beauty: Bigfoot Revealed, A Flash of Beauty: Paranormal Bigfoot, commercials, short films, music videos, and documentary shorts. Brett’s work has been featured on A&E, Discovery Channel, ABC Australia, PBS, as well as other international networks.
Brett began his career in Portland, Oregon, before moving to Los Angeles, where his work led to creative opportunities with Fox, Universal Studios, and Miramax. He later relocated to Washington, D.C., producing and editing documentaries and public service announcements broadcast in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. His international assignments have taken him to Pakistan to document the 2005 earthquake devastation and to Egypt, where he produced a short film for the U.S. Department of Defense for Pan-Arab audiences.
While filmmaking has taken him around the world, Brett feels most at home in the landscapes of the Pacific Northwest. His work is often drawn to stories rooted in place—where history, environment, and human experience intersect.
Following Taming the Mouth, Brett continues exploring the mysteries and legends of the region with his upcoming films Voices in the Wilderness and A Flash of Beauty 3: Bigfoot Origins.
