Registration is located on the concourse level above the exhibit hall. Please enter on the concourse level to obtain your badge and enter the exhibit hall via stairs or elevator from the registration area.

Bring your confirmation email (printed or on your mobile device) with you to pick up your badge at the show. Proceed to the “Already Registered Badge Pick Up” area on the concourse level to have your badge printed for you.

Please note: badges will NOT be MAILED to you before the show. You’ll need to print your badge upon arrival before accessing the show.

If you lost or did not receive your registration confirmation letter, please contact the Visitor Registration line at (508) 743-8566 or (800) 454-3005 and request that a confirmation be resent to you via fax or email. You may also visit the Corrections & Lookups counter in Registration and a representative will print your badge.

The passenger and disabled drop-off zone is located off the intersection of Railroad Ave. and Occidental Ave. South, which can be accessed off 1st Ave. South. Drivers may drop off their passengers adjacent to the stadium prior to parking. Similar access will be provided after every major event.

Visitor Parking Rate: 1-day parking rate: $25 (no in/out privileges)

Exhibitor Parking Rate: Special 3-day parking pass with in/out privileges valid Sunday, Monday and Tuesday at the preferred rate of $45 – for exhibitors only. Discount only applies to the purchase of a 3-day pass.

These parking rates are for Pacific Marine Expo attendees and exhibitors only; be sure to identify yourself as a Pacific Marine Expo participant in order to secure these rates.

Fishermen’s Terminal – Complimentary Parking

Complimentary parking is available at Fishermen’s Terminal for the Pacific Marine Expo Shuttle Service to Lumen Field Event Center.  Complimentary parking is available at the terminal EXCEPT in the parking lots for The Fishermen’s Center Building (C-15) and Downey Building (C-14) – please see map

From downtown Seattle waterfront:

  1. Head north on Alaskan Way and turn right on Broad Street
  2. Turn left on Elliott Ave.
  3. Continue on Elliott Ave. which turns into 15th Ave. W for approximately 3 miles
  4. Take the Nickerson/West Emerson exit and bear right up the ramp
  5. Follow the signs to “Fishermen’s Terminal”
  6. Turn left on West Emerson
  7. Turn right on 19th into Fishermen’s Terminal

Please be aware as part of our official show policy we are unable to provide letters of invitation for the purpose of obtaining a visa for travel.

We have been informed by the US Embassies that a letter of invitation has no bearing on whether a visa will be issued.

When applying for your visa, be sure to provide a copy of your registration confirmation or exhibit contract (if applicable) to attend the show, as well as any promotional materials you have received verifying the exhibition is a valid event.

Several organizations have been targeting exhibitors and small companies around the world including exhibitors at Diversified Communications events in the United States, requesting that exhibitors update their trade show directory listing or world business directory. If you have participated in any of our exhibitions in previous years, or are due to participate in any of our events this year you are likely to be targeted.

Please BEWARE of companies that send you faxes or emails offering to list your company in an Exhibitor Directory or a Business Guide, for example, FAIRGuide, Expo-Guide, Construct Data Verlag, World Business Directory, or World Business Guide.

If you reply to a faxed letter or an email request from any of these companies to update your directory listing you may be locked into automatically renewing three (3) a year contract for an annual charge that could be USD 1,700 or more (GBP 980 or EU 995). Before responding to any solicitation you should carefully read the entire document and if you are in doubt, do not respond.

If you are a U.S. business and have a complaint or concern about an unsolicited email or fax from one of these companies you can contact your local Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission in Washington DC. If you are an EU-based business you can contact your local Consumer Rights office and the EU Consumer Rights office. You can also find more information on the stopecg.org website.

Pacific Marine Expo Policies

  1. Access & Acceptable Behavior: Pacific Marine Expo (“Event”), operated by Diversified Communications (“Diversified”) is open to industry and trade professionals only. Registrant acknowledges and agrees that its participation in Event, including being a spectator or a participant in competitions or demonstrations is undertaken in the course of their employment or in the pursuit of their business interests. In order to ensure the Event achieves the goals it has set for participants Diversified reserves the right, in its sole discretion to limit or deny access or remove any entity or individual, including but not limited to those soliciting outside of exhibitor booths or other designated areas and those not deemed by Diversified as appropriate part of the industry the Event is serving as well as those disruptive to the Event by any means. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted to register themselves, and individuals under the age of 21 will only be granted limited Event access. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed in the exhibit hall during exhibitor move-in and move-out. Diversified’s policies regarding allowable attendees and allowable behavior including setting a minimum age for attendees will be strictly enforced. Diversified may require a photo id and/or proof of employment (i.e. business card, company ID card, verification of employment on company letterhead etc.) in order to confirm registrants’ identity and age prior to admission or during to the Event.
  2. Cancellation Policy: Registrations may be cancelled if written notice is timely provided to [email protected]. Registration fees paid are non-refundable, except in the case of hardship, which shall include travel restrictions impacting a registrant due to the COVID 19 global pandemic. Substitutions of registrants may be made to other employees at the same company at any time up to the start of the Event. Once a badge (either physical or virtual) is issued it cannot be transferred to another. Those in attendance whose identity does not match an issued badge may be removed and precluded from participation in future Diversified events. If an event is canceled by Diversified or a registrant cancels and a registrant does not timely request a refund or confirm what other event or service the fees should be applied toward, such fees will be forfeited.
  3. Privacy: Registrants acknowledge that information provided during registration is subject to Diversified’s Privacy Policy. Registrant grants Diversified permission to display registrant’s company name on Diversified’s websites and in other collateral material. Notably, some of Diversified’s content partners offer programs that attendees can register for separately as an a la carte item or invite direct engagement explicitly. Registration or participation in these programs will be deemed consent to provide your contact information to such content partners.
  4. Likeness Promotion: Registrants grant to Diversified the right to use their name, likeness, biographical information, voice, content of any interview, image and/or photograph and any other indicia of persona worldwide, for trade, advertising and/or promotional purposes. Registrants shall have no rights of review, approval, or compensation, provided however that registrants may request a limitation on use, which may be granted if related to personal safety concerns.   5. Photographs and Videos Limited: Due to the sensitive nature of new products and unique displays accessible at the Event, photographs or video of the stands of other Exhibitors’ booths on the Event exhibit floor or screen shots of others’ virtual booths are prohibited. Attending personnel of exhibitors or qualified press must seek advance written approval from Diversified to photograph, film or make audio recordings at the Event and must abide by all conditions imposed.
  6. Event Content Sharing Restrictions: Registrant understands that the conference sessions and materials are valuable property subject to varied copyright restrictions and agrees not to make audio or video recordings or to duplicate and share content obtained through Event platforms without obtaining prior written permission. Additionally, attendees understand that although Diversified makes all reasonable efforts ensure educational sessions delivered at the Event include accurate and helpful content, it is provided without representation or warranty of any kind. Attendees should only ever rely upon their own professional judgment in determining how content provided might apply to their own circumstances.
  7. Sampling: Exhibitors at some of Diversified’s live Events offer product samples to registrants, demonstrate the products or offer their products for purchase. This activity must in all cases be confined to the exhibitors’ booths. Diversified imposes requirements on exhibitors to comply with applicable laws, including food safety and sales tax regulations. Nevertheless registrants engage in any sampling or participate in product demonstrations at their own risk. Should samples include consumable food or drink, registrants will not be permitted to exit the Event venue with them. All edible consumables will be confiscated at the Event exits and donated to charity.
  8. Compliance: Registrants’ participation in Diversified’s Events shall not violate any regulations administered and enforced by the U.S. Department of Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control’s (OFAC) Sanctions Program or other applicable laws. Further, if a registrant’s country of residence requires further review as pursuant to Diversified internal compliance procedure, registrant will provide additional information as reasonably requested.
  9. Limitation of Liability: Diversified shall have no liability to registrants, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), for harm of any kind related to their participation in Diversified’s Event, unless its liability cannot be limited or excluded by law. In no event shall Diversified be liable to Registrant for any consequential, indirect, special or incidental damages, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such potential damages. The foregoing limitation of liability and exclusion of certain damages shall apply regardless of the success or effectiveness of other remedies.
  10. Offsite Travel: Should registrant utilize transportation provided by Diversified to leave the Event venue for a site visit, offsite demonstration or for any other reason, registrant acknowledges and agrees that they knowingly assume any and all risks of injury in any way connected or associated with such travel and activities conducted outside the Event venue and hereby waives, and agrees to release, Diversified and its affiliated and subsidiary corporations, from any claims arising therefrom.
  11. Credit Card Payments: Pacific Marine Expo is the company name which will appear on your credit card billing statement.
