Ulmatec Pyro have made Hot Water Heaters and Exhaust Economizers since 1951, and have more than 15,000 deliveries on the records.
For the last decades, the company have shifted the focus to also include complete Waste Heat Recovery Systems.

This presentation will show different configurations for miscellaneous vessels types, but all with a focus of saving significant amounts of fuel by re-using the wasted heat to the extent it is practical for each vessel type.
The product demonstration will be based on a presentation, with a following session for questions and discussions.

3:00pm | Staves for Stern Tubes and Rudder Bearings

The presentation will inform boat owners about the introduction of pre-cut staves, seals and shell bearings for stern tubes and rudder bearings for shafts up to 40 inches in diameter, made of genuine lignum vitae.
Discussion will include complying with current EPA, ABS, and Sub-chapter M requirements.
Design parameters will be included for both brown water and blue water boats and ships, including PH, salinity, hardness, lubricity, shock absorbing qualities and sound dampening.
Material availability, ordering requirements of OD, ID and length, for both shell and staves in short and long grain will also be covered.
Installation instructions including material handling, material storage for short and long term, ID line boring, and tolerances will be discussed along with
live samples and literature will be available for take away.
