Will is a principal and naval architect at Glosten. He joined the company in 2004 after earning his bachelor’s degree in ocean engineering from Virginia Tech and spending three years in the oil and gas industry. Will supports a broad range of naval architecture work at Glosten, helping to guide young engineers through complex design decisions. He specializes in new design, onsite construction support, and refit projects involving passenger vessels, research vessels, ferries, tugs, barges, and various floating structures.
