Nick Branchina is Director of the Fisheries & Aquaculture Program at Coastal Enterprises, Inc. (CEI), where he works to strengthen Maine’s seafood economy through business development, market expansion, fundraising, and technical assistance. He collaborates with fishermen, aquaculture producers, and seafood entrepreneurs to identify growth opportunities and access the capital and advisory services needed to succeed. Through programs such as Aquaculture in Shared Waters and the Maine Center for Entrepreneurs’ Top Gun program, Nick has helped emerging businesses develop the skills, strategies, and connections required to grow in a competitive seafood marketplace.
