Natalie Jones Baitcher is a Relationship Manager with AgWest Farm Credit, a lending cooperative serving commercial fishermen and aquaculture producers in the West. She is especially passionate about supporting young, beginning, and small producers through AgVision, AgWest’s program designed to provide financial guidance, educational resources, and lending support tailored to producers in the early stages of their businesses. Natalie works closely with customers to understand their operations, identify practical financing solutions, and navigate the opportunities and challenges that come with starting or growing a business.
