Amelia Vaughan is a researcher and project manager at Oregon State University’s College of Health, where she helps lead community-based safety and health programs for Pacific Northwest fishing communities. She manages FLIPP for Lifejackets (NIOSH-funded), co-leads the ALL FFAST Consortium, and serves as co-investigator on a PNASH-funded study of healthcare access in fishing communities. She lives in Newport, Oregon and serves on the Newport Fishermen’s Wives board.
