Important Exhibitor Tasks

Special 3-day parking pass with in/out privileges valid Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the preferred rate of $45 – for exhibitors only. Discount only applies to the purchase of a 3-day pass (regular 1-day parking rate is $20 with no in/out privileges).

The 3-day passes will be available for purchase at the parking booth of the North Lot and Lumen Parking Garage. Exhibitors must purchase this pass on in advance to avoid traffic congestion on event days. Please make sure to identify yourself as an exhibitor in order to secure this rate.

All exhibiting companies MUST submit the Booth Approval form by October 14th! Islands & Peninsulas will be required to include a booth design in order to receive written approval.

If you will be sharing your booth space with any other companies at the event and have not done so yet, please submit their information through the online Co-Exhibitor Form by October 14th. Each approved co-exhibitor will have a listing on the event website Exhibitor List and event Mobile App and on-site will receive an identification sign displaying their company name and booth number.

This event will utilize a target date move-in & move-out schedule to facilitate a smooth, efficient operation. All exhibitors MUST comply with this schedule. Please note, no exhibit can be removed in whole or in part prior to the close of the show at 2:00pm on Saturday, November 19th.

Due to the proximity in time to the International WorkBoat Show in New Orleans, Freeman Transportation will be on hand to help you ship your exhibit materials to New Orleans. You may contact them prior to the show by telephone at 1-800-995-3579 or email exhibit.transportation@freeman.com. They will provide you with a pre-printed material handling agreement and shipping labels to have your materials delivered directly to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Please know your booth number along with your targeted move-in date and time at The International Workboat Show.

All shipments participating in the caravan service to the International Workboat Show must be packed and labeled with material handling agreements turned into the Freeman Service Desk by 8:00 pm on Saturday, November 20.

Caravan Pricing 

Tip: Consider Freeman Transportation Services through the general contractor for your shipment needs to ensure your freight is picked up and removed in time to meet the tight move-out period. Using Freeman also eliminates any marshalling yard delays and carrier waiting times that can mean overtime charges and other additional post-quote fees you may have with an outside carrier.

  • West Hall (Booth #’s 100-3999): Each 10’ x 10’ booth will be set with 8’ high Black back drape & 3’ high Black side dividers. Each booth will also get a 5″ x 14″ booth number floor tile placed in the aisle in front of the booth so that attendees can more easily navigate the expo. The West Hall aisles will be carpeted in Tuxedo.
  • Alaska Hall (East Hall) (Booth #’s 4000-4400): Each 10’ x 10’ booth will be set with 8’ high White back drape & 3’ high White side dividers. Each booth will also get a 5″ x 14″ booth number floor tile placed in the aisle in front of the booth so that attendees can more easily navigate the expo. The Alaska Hall aisles will be carpeted in Midnight Blue.
  • Please note: Your booth space is not carpeted but Show Management requires all booths have carpet or suitable floor covering. You can order carpeting from Freeman once this is available or bring your own.
