All exhibiting companies MUST submit the Booth Approval form. If you did not submit before the deadline of October 8th, please do so ASAP. Islands & Peninsulas will be required to include a booth design in order to receive written approval.

You’ll receive an email from Events IdP ([email protected]) with instructions to create or reset your password. Follow the steps to log in.

If you’ve already set your password, simply use the link below to log in, then select “Edit Your Company Profile” from the homepage.

OnPeak is the ONLY official housing agency for Pacific Marine Expo. Please beware as you might be contacted by companies offering services not affiliated with the event and are offering non-existent deals.

If you will be sharing your booth with any other companies and haven’t submitted their information yet, please complete the online Co-Exhibitor Form as soon as possible.

A fee of $125 will be charged for each co-exhibiting company. They will receive:

  • A company profile in the event website Exhibitor List and Mobile App
  • An on-site identification sign displaying their company name and booth number

We are collecting gently used items to donate to local non-profits, including tables & chairs. At the close of the event, bring your contributions to the designated collection areas located in the East Hall, parking spots 22–23 and 62. Review the Donations & Recycling Flier and look for the Donation Drop-Off signs to guide you.

Register your staff badges now and save time onsite! All paid, lead exhibiting companies have been sent login information for exhibitor registration. Simply follow this link, find your company name and enter your unique password. If you need your password resent or need assistance registering, please email [email protected]

Lead Retrieval is available to order for Pacific Marine Expo. Don’t miss a single sales lead! Not everyone will carry a business card, however every attendee will have a badge with a QR code for you to scan. For more information, please contact 800-746-9734 or [email protected].

Exhibitor Parking Rate: A special 3-day parking pass with in/out privileges will be offered to exhibitors again this year at a rate of $45. Regular day parking will be $25.

Please note: The parking garages will be closed from 12AM – 6AM and you will not be able to access your vechile during this time.

The 3-day passes will be available for purchase at the parking booth of the North Lot and Lumen Parking Garage. Exhibitors must purchase this pass in advance to avoid traffic congestion on event days. Please make sure to identify yourself as an exhibitor in order to secure this rate.

Safety & Security

Recently Pacific Marine Expo has been the target of groups that offer a variety of fraudulent services. This includes but is not limited to fraudulent travel, advertising and data services. Many of our customers have reported that these groups who are NOT our official vendors fail to deliver on their promises to provide hotel reservations, advertising, or accurate data, then refuse to grant refunds. Some of these groups engage in illegal phishing practices or embed malware in their messages that could (if clicked) infect/hack your company’s systems.

We strongly advise that you do not click on any links from e-mails or groups that look suspicious and always check our official Vendor List before contracting with anyone. These fraudulent vendors use our logo and branding in their communications. If you suspect that you have been contacted by a fraudulent vendor or have any questions please contact us at [email protected].

Please note that The Pacific Marine Expo and its official vendors DO NOT sell attendee lists under any circumstance. Companies or groups offering such lists are not affiliated with PME in any way and cannot possibly have accurate attendee data. 

Included in your booth

Each 10’ x 10’ booth will be set with 8’ high Black back drape & 3’ high Black side dividers.

Booths 300 sq. ft. or less will receive an identification sign.  Booths 330 sq. ft. or larger may receive an identification sign on request

NEW for 2025: Carpet No Longer Required in Booths!

As part of our continued commitment to sustainability – and to help lower the cost of exhibiting – we’ve removed the requirement for carpet in all booth spaces. Eliminating this rule not only reduces waste from single-use flooring but also gives you more flexibility to manage your budget. You’re still welcome to bring or purchase flooring if you choose, but it’s completely options. Thank you for helping us create a more eco-friendly and cost-conscious event!
