Mike has worked for Simrad since 1984 after a stint in the USCG as an Electronic Technician. His time at Simrad has found him in the Bering Sea repairing and training on Sonars, Trawl Monitoring Equipment and Echosounders. The Russian Far East conducting operational training. In Japan becoming fluent in Radio Direction Finders for the US and Canadian Coast Guards. Mike is currently located in New Hampshire in the center of the New England groundfish fisheries and the in the growing wind farm activity. Recently his sonar experience has taken him into the vast sports fishing market.
