Robert Brown (he/him) is the Workforce Development Program Manager and Data Analyst for Maritime and Green Jobs at the Port of Seattle. Robert oversees the design, implementation, and management of maritime training programs that prepare individuals for careers in maritime.

With over seven years of workforce development experience, Robert works to ensure maritime jobs and training are relatable, comprehendible, and accessible to a wide range of audiences. In his current role, Robert works collaboratively with employers, training providers, community organizations, and workforce partners to better understand industry needs and develop systems that create more direct pathways into maritime and green careers.

In his free time, Robert is a community mentor and avid Seattle sports fan who enjoys spending time with his family and pug, Rocky.
