To preserve the value of our event for participating exhibitors, a Non-Exhibiting Supplier Fee will apply to all individuals representing companies that offer a product or service within the commercial marine industry but choose not to exhibit.

• Applicability: This fee is charged per person and applies to all individuals representing supplier companies involved in the commercial marine sector who are attending the event without an exhibit space.
• Purpose: The fee is designed to protect the investment of our exhibiting companies and to maintain a level playing field on the show floor.
• Non-Refundable: The Non-Exhibiting Supplier Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including event cancellation or changes in attendee plans.
• Solicitation Prohibited: Solicitation of business on the show floor is strictly prohibited for any supplier representative not operating from a designated exhibit booth. This applies to individuals from non-exhibiting supplier companies as well as those who are participating in the event in any other capacity — such as an attendee, speaker, or sponsor — but have chosen to forgo an exhibit space. Prohibited activity includes distributing marketing materials, holding business discussions, or promoting products or services in any form outside of a contracted exhibit booth.
• Past Exhibitors: Past exhibitors who have chosen to not participate in the event with a booth space are not permitted to attend in place of having an exhibitor booth. In limited circumstances, a maximum of two (2) decision-maker representatives from a past exhibiting company may be approved to attend, at the non-exhibiting supplier rate, subject to the following conditions:
  • Attendance must be pre-approved. Representatives must receive a registration code from Sales Manager, Danielle Walters by Friday, November 20th and the full Non-Exhibiting Supplier Fee applies per person.
  • The two pre-approved company representatives must meet with Danielle Walters, Sales Manager, onsite to briefly discuss their intentions of exhibiting next year.
  • All other provisions of this Non-Exhibiting Supplier Policy apply, including the prohibition on solicitation.
  • Staff beyond the approved two-person limit will not be granted access to the show floor under any circumstances.

Any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and possible exclusion from future participation. Approval is at the sole discretion of event management. This designation is limited in availability and is not guaranteed.

Sponsorship & Activation Restrictions

Non-exhibiting suppliers may purchase eligible sponsorships from the standard sponsorship inventory, subject to availability and event management approval. The following activations are not permitted:

• Floor stickers or floor graphics of any kind
• Hanging banners or overhead signage
