Safety for our exhibitors and attendees on site is a top priority. To ensure peace of mind and an uninterrupted check-in process please familiarize yourself with the Lumen Field Event Centers prohibited items list and security protocols here.
Registration is located on the concourse level above the exhibit hall. Please enter on the concourse level to obtain your badge and enter the exhibit hall via stairs or elevator from the registration area.
Bring your confirmation email (printed or on your mobile device) with you to pick up your badge at the show. Proceed to the “Already Registered Badge Pick Up” area on the concourse level to have your badge printed for you.
Please note: badges will NOT be MAILED to you before the show. You’ll need to print your badge upon arrival before accessing the show.
If you lost or did not receive your registration confirmation letter, please contact the Visitor Registration line at (508) 743-8566 or (800) 454-3005 and request that a confirmation be resent to you via fax or email. You may also visit the Corrections & Lookups counter in Registration and a representative will print your badge.
The passenger and disabled drop-off zone is located off the intersection of Railroad Ave. and Occidental Ave. South, which can be accessed off 1st Ave. South. Drivers may drop off their passengers adjacent to the stadium prior to parking. Similar access will be provided after every major event.
Visitor Parking Rate: 1-day parking rate: $25 (no in/out privileges)
Exhibitor Parking Rate: Special 3-day parking pass with in/out privileges valid Sunday, Monday and Tuesday at the preferred rate of $45 – for exhibitors only. Discount only applies to the purchase of a 3-day pass.
These parking rates are for Pacific Marine Expo attendees and exhibitors only; be sure to identify yourself as a Pacific Marine Expo participant in order to secure these rates.
Fishermen’s Terminal – Complimentary Parking
Complimentary parking is available at Fishermen’s Terminal for the Pacific Marine Expo Shuttle Service to Lumen Field Event Center. Complimentary parking is available at the terminal EXCEPT in the parking lots for The Fishermen’s Center Building (C-15) and Downey Building (C-14).

Please be aware as part of our official show policy we are unable to provide letters of invitation for the purpose of obtaining a visa for travel.
We have been informed by the US Embassies that a letter of invitation has no bearing on whether a visa will be issued.
When applying for your visa, be sure to provide a copy of your registration confirmation or exhibit contract (if applicable) to attend the show, as well as any promotional materials you have received verifying the exhibition is a valid event.

If you have participated in any of our exhibitions in previous years, or are due to participate in any of our events this year you are likely to be targeted.

If you reply to a faxed letter or an email request from any of these companies to update your directory listing you may be locked into automatically renewing three (3) a year contract for an annual charge that could be USD 1,700 or more (GBP 980 or EU 995). Before responding to any solicitation you should carefully read the entire document and if you are in doubt, do not respond.
