Garrett is the Director of AFDF’s Startup Accelerator (previously, the Alaska Ocean Cluster), a project currently working with 14 maritime & seafood startups. He’s harvested crab, cod, halibut, shrimp, and salmon from Southeast to Bristol Bay. Garrett studied economics at the University of Alaska Fairbanks and worked as a fisheries economist at McDowell Group.
