Alexander Stubbs is the originator of “slinky pot” fishing for black cod. He manufactures CodCoil slinky pots for the black cod fishery to help prevent whale depredation. Alexander is also involved in developing gear for other longline pot fisheries both in the US and abroad. He is a partner at Fish Tech Inc and Longline Pots LLC.
