Join representatives from three maritime workforce and professional development organizations as they discuss programs they have been putting into place to help find, train and retain enthusiastic workers within the maritime industry. We will discuss initiatives that will help the younger generations set themselves up for success building a career on the water.
This session will be moderated by Bookda Gheisar who is Port of Seattle's Senior Director, Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and oversees the Workforce Development Programs.
