Mr. DeVilbiss has been in the maritime industry since 1991, gaining experience as a diver, supervisor, salvage master and project manager. He has worked with the majority of large international salvage companies on marine casualty response projects around the world. Mr. DeVilbiss started as a diver with Global in 1996 and moved up through the ranks, acting as Marine Operations Manager, Casualty Response Manager, and Alaska Regional Manager, before being appointed Vice President of Casualty & Emergency Response in 2011. His duties include maintaining client relationships, strategic positioning, pursuing emerging technologies within the industry, and oversight for all of Global’s Marine Casualty Response projects. Mr. DeVilbiss studied engineering at LeTourneau University and holds a Commercial Diving certificate from Divers Institute of Technology.
