How do I register?

How much does it cost to register for the show?

If you pre-register for the Expo, your pass is FREE and includes the exhibit hall, events, happy hours and education sessions (for qualified registrants*). Registration at the Expo and online during the Expo is $30 per attendee.

How much does it cost to attend the education program at Pacific Marine Expo?

There is no additional fee to attend the education sessions, keynotes, or special events at Pacific Marine Expo. Admission to these is included in your registration.

How and where do I get my badge?

If you provided us with an email address or fax number when pre-registering, you will be sent a registration confirmation. Bring the top barcoded area of this confirmation to the show to pick up your badge at the show – printed, or on your mobile device.

If you did not provide an email or fax when you registered but now wish to do so, please contact the Visitor Registration line at (508) 743-8566 or (800) 454-3005 and request that a confirmation be sent to you via fax or email; or you may visit the Pre-Registered Visitor counter in the registration area, located on the Concourse level at the CenturyLink Field Event Center, and a representative will print your badge.

I lost my registration confirmation letter or I did not receive a confirmation, how do I get my badge?

If you lost or did not receive your registration confirmation letter, please contact the Visitor Registration line at (508) 743-8566 or (800) 454-3005 and request that a confirmation be resent to you via fax or email. You may also visit the Corrections & Lookups counter in Registration and a representative will print your badge.

How do I obtain a list of exhibitors and events?

Can I bring my kids?

Children under the age of 18 will be allowed on the show floor during official show hours ONLY, and MUST be accompanied by an adult. Children under 18 will NOT be granted access to the show floor during exhibitor move in and/or move out. Badges are required for children 5 years and older.

I’m exhibiting at the show. How do I plan for my exhibit?

Thank you for making Pacific Marine Expo part of your company’s marketing plan. We value your business and are pleased that you have chosen to exhibit.

We have created an online Exhibitor Portal to aid you in planning for the event. Here you can update your company listing, view the rules and regulations for your booth type and learn more about the show. You’ll also find links to complete your registrations for booth staff, and upgrade at the exhibitor discount for the educational conference. You will need to login using the information sent to you from our customer service team in your booth confirmation letter. If you need to have this information re-sent to you, please email customerservice@divcom.com or call (207) 842-5508.
